The Lead Strategic Planner evolves in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of winning new business as well as managing the strategic comms / marketing development for some of the most recognized gaming publishers and studios in the world.

Thanks to his or her excellent general knowledge of gaming, the conduct of quantitative and qualitative studies, access to consumer insights (notably with Global Web Index), a solid and consistent network, his or her trends monitoring aptitude, and her or his intuition, the Lead Strategic Planner represents the voice of the gamer within the agency.

With a good knowledge of the gaming market and a perfect understanding of our clients' business and marketing stakes, the Lead Strategic Planner is the bridge between our clients and our creative team, delivering relevant and inspiring brand strategies that identify a problem to be solved, whether in brand planning or connection planning.

He/She is then responsible for ensuring that the creative idea addresses the given problem, fits seamlessly into the overall strategy, and is easily measurable by defining key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Strategic Planner, you are an experienced and responsible expert on this field of activities:

- Constantly gather insights and intervene personally on strategic projects
- Supervising the work of internal and external resources
- Managing team members to develop their talent, their impact on the agency, their professional trajectory and their well-being
- Sourcing service providers and participating in the recruitment of future internal resources
- Sourcing the necessary production resources and tools on strategic projects
- Develop/improve the methodology and process in collaboration with the other leads/managers
- Constantly improve our tools, process, and capabilities to scout any trends, insights, and innovations relevant to gamers and the gaming industry
- Represent the activity / expertise to clients and externally including PR and Social
- Participate in the business development of the strategic activity in collaboration with the sales management
- Elaborate strategic masterclasses and workshops both internally and externally
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with counterparts on the clients and partners side
- Initiate and lead related projects in order to develop the Biborg culture and move the agency forward

About You

- Solid experience working in a Strategic Planning role
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, both in English and French
- Expertise in gaming and a real appetite for innovation, entertainment, and everything in between
- Strategic mindset and be confident to build strategic responses from scratch
- Dynamic approach to work and willingness to tackle challenges and a varied workload
- Problem solving and solutions focused mind-set
- Desire to drive performance and improve efficiencies
- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects
- Insatiably curious, able to see multiple perspectives with great attention to details
- Passionate and team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Location - Paris (prefered) but possible in Lyon, Nantes and London.
We respect sanitary protocols and some WFH is possible.
