Role Overview
As an IT Manager Junior, your main responsibility will be managing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring system security in a Windows/Linux environment.
Key Responsibility
- Manage computer equipment, software, and user accounts.
- Administer Google Workspace.
- Ensure data protection and back-up.
- Oversee network operations, implement security measures, and ensure smooth functioning.
- Resolve hardware and software issues and maintain infrastructure.
- Provide responsive and quality user support.
- Train teams and promote best safety practices.
- Work on client projects: conception, hardware, installation recommendation.
Profile and Skills
- Proficient in network administration
- Skilled in Windows, Linux, and server administration.
- Good knowledge in IT security measures.
- Capable of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Bilingual or very good level of English and French.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
