Junior Office Manager

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to assist the support team from the start of the 2022 school year in a work-study contract in our Paris office. If you are interested in applying for this role, please email careers@biborg.com with your CV and cover letter.

About You

You have completed your first work placement in a company as part of your school curriculum and are currently preparing for Master 1 or Master 2:

You are great at multitasking, organised, rigorous, willing to work with others, approachable, with a good sense of humour
You are confident and enjoy coming up with solutions in response to problems
You have good oral and written expression in French and English
You have a sense of priority and confidentiality
You have a good command of office automation tools and software

Reporting of the role & missions

This role reports to both the HR Manager and Internal Project Manager, as a result, you will have to manage many topics on a daily basis. You will support your managers in the following tasks:

Human resources

Support in setting up employment contracts (permanent, services, internship agreements, etc.)
Management of onboarding / offboarding
Preparation of payroll (recovery and transmission of elements to the accounting firm, verification, sending of bulletins, etc.)
Follow-up: medical summons / absences and holidays / birthdays...

Office & Agency Life

Day-to-day management of the offices (purchase management, responding to staff requests, etc.)
Organisation of internal events and work trips
Ensuring the well-being of employees
Mail management and answering enquiries

Accounting & Administration

Follow-up of client invoicing: reminders of unpaid invoices
Management of supplier invoicing: payment of supplier invoices when due
Search for missing monthly invoices
Interface with accounting firm

Paris with opportunities to work from home
Salary - Legal
Social Benefits: 50% reimbursement of transport tickets, health insurance, meal vouchers. After 3 months, you will be able to subscribe to our PEE (Plan d’Epargne Entreprise).
Start date - Start of 2022 school year - with contract signed before the 30th of June.
